Discalced Carmelites to depart Santa Cruz Parish and School

Due to smaller numbers of Discalced Carmelites, the Order is withdrawing from Santa Cruz Parish and School in Tucson. The Order is centralizing their membership at locations throughout California.
 
The Diocese of Tucson is taking over the pastoral care of the parish and a new pastor will be assigned to ensure a seamless transition of priestly leadership. The parish, school, and all its programming will remain undisturbed.
