Lent: Giving up AND Giving Back!

Today is Ash Wednesday and is the first day of the Lent season. Our Faith teaches us to spend the next 40 days sacrificing and giving up something meaningful to improve our own lives.

Lent is also a time to challenge ourselves to grow in giving. This Lenten season we would like to challenge you to also Give Back for 40 days. 

These acts of kindness can help Pio Decimo Center’s Mission of serving our community.

 The Pio Decimo Center Food and pantry and clothing closet needs peanut butter, jelly, beans and cereals for families and the clothing bank is need of socks and spring/summer clothing. Our children’s programs need art supplies and art projects. Volunteers to do art projects with our school aged youth and senior residents would be greatly appreciated.
