Would you like to volunteer on a dynamic youth ministry team? Living our Catholic faith is very much about seeking to be in a deeper relationship with Jesus and then evangelizing what we encounter about Jesus to others. St. Thomas the Apostle’s Life Teen Youth Team provides experiences to High School teens, which lead them to closer to Christ.
Moments that have the greatest impact on lives come in the moments when we are in the presence of someone who is fully present for you. STAP youth ministry is done in connection to families. In our youth ministry offerings we are engaged with families and seek to help young people locate their experience of God within the language and experience of the Catholic Church, and then nurture their relationship with God through practices of living that keep them available to God and others.
Jesus said: "I came that you may have life, and have it abundantly." - John 10:10.The deeper purpose to our youth ministry is mentoring and modeling what it means to become fully alive. Being fully alive means becoming open and available to God’s love.
Please pray over the discipleship call to become a “Core Member” and a part of a youth ministry team. If you are college age or older and are interested in being a part of a dynamic ministry team please contact Deacon Ed Sheffer at 520-577-8780 - X111, or [email protected].
