Advance Care Planning in Catholic Teaching

All workshops are free of charge.

Hosted by the St. Jeanne Jugan Ministry for Elders, a ministry of Catholic Community Services.

This workshop will present Deacon Andy Corder, TMC Chaplain along talking on Catholic theology as it pertains to the Ethical & Religious Directives in health care and Catholic end-of-life. Kathleen Gordon provides information on Senior Living Assistance and Patsy Klein will provide information on Advance Care Planning.
