&#034;Preparation for the Journey&#034; Health Decisions and Advance Care Planning within Catholic Teaching

192 S. Stone Ave., Tucson, AZ

Located in Downtown Tucson, directly North of St. Augustine Cathedral (to the right when facing the Cathedral). Look for the open plaza with the large floral arch and green staircase.

Hosted by the St. Jeanne Jugan Ministry with Elders, a ministry within Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona. Lunch will be provided.

This workshop will include Deacon Andy Corder, TMC Chaplain along with a video by Rev. Msgr. Jeremiah McCarthy, Ph.D. talking on Catholic theology as it pertains to the ethical & religious directives in health care, advance directives, and Catholic end-of-life. Kathleen Gordon will provide information on senior assistance. Patsy Klein will provide information on advance care planning.
