Catholic Community Services offers low-income tax clinic

 

For a tenth year in a row Catholic Community Services is offering its Low-Income Tax Clinic. The LITC, as it’s referred to, is available beginning now, “The program has been an invaluable resource for the community, offering assistance and educational workshops on tax issues for low-income taxpayers, said Elena Dwyre, CEO of Catholic Community Services. The free program also supports limited-English speakers. Dwyre said since 2015 the program has provided vital support to individuals and families facing tax-related challenges. 

 

The clinic is staffed by a team of professionals, including attorneys, certified public accountants, and enrolled agents. The clinic is one of three offered in Arizona. Locations are available in Pima, Pinal, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham, and Greenlee Counties.
