Nov. 19 -- Thirty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time (Mt 25:14-30)
We hear today a parable about the Kingdom. As a man prepared for a long journey, he gave some of his money to three of his servants, expecting a return from his investment. The first two, using it wisely, increased it. The third, because of fear and lack of self-confidence, buried the money and had nothing to return except what he had been given.
