(OSV News) -- Prepare for Mass with these Gospel summaries and reflection questions for November.

Nov. 5 -- Thirty-first Sunday in Ordinary Time (Mt 23:1-12)
Perhaps this Gospel is the inspiration for “practice what you preach.” Like the other two readings today, the Gospel tells us that the best way to share our faith is by living it. Jesus tells his disciples that they should follow what their teachers say, and their teachers should practice what they teach. Then, both can grow into “heroes” who serve others.
