Pio Decimo Seeks Volunteer Tax Preparers

Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) needs your help! As a volunteer with Pio Decimo Center you will:

• Give back to your community
• Gain valuable experience and free IRS certification training!
• Help families gain free access to Tax Credits and keep more money in their pockets!

No prior tax experience is required! Free tax training is provided!
Volunteer Opportunities: 

• Screen/Greeter-Ensure the taxpayer brought all their documents
• Volunteer Tax Preparer-Become IRS certified, prepare basic 1040 tax returns. 
• Interpreter-non-English-speaking clients
• Site Coordinator-Ensure a quality review is complete on all returns, provide feedback to volunteers regarding errors, maintain volunteer contact information, etc.

• Benson
• Tombstone
