March 8, 2023Bishop Weisenburger has granted the faithful of the Diocese of Tucson the option of commuting (moving) their Friday abstinence from meat on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, to the following day, Saturday. This is entirely optional and at the discretion of the conscience of each member of the faithful.
