The Trump Administration launched a series of anti-asylum policies, choking off access to asylum along the U.S.-Mexico border. In doing so, the U.S. broke international treaties and agreements, denied due process, and violated human rights. The Trump Administration exacerbated suffering as a strategy to make migrants give up. But, these individuals have not surrendered. Amid immense suffering, asylum seekers have remained patient and resilient.
They now call on the BidenAdministration to repair the damage along the border and
#SaveAsylum. They have already waited long enough.
