What is Peter’s Pence Collection?

This month at Mass you’ll see envelopes for the Peter’s Pence Collection. Donations support the missionary and charitable work of the Church around the world. We ask that you prayerfully consider donating to support our brothers and sisters in need beyond our local diocese.  

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops writes that the collection supports “the Holy Father’s charitable outreach to victims of war, migrants and refugees, the poor, and those affected by illness and natural disasters.”
